The Fellwalkers meet on the 4th Wednesday of the month, from March to October. Walks are led by group members and are typically 7 to 10 miles in length and up to 3,000 feet in height. A degree of fitness is required and suitable boots and clothing must be worn. Having said that, we are unlikely to be racing up hills.

Members meet at Victoria Road, Ulverston at 9.00am for carsharing or they can go straight to the start of the walk. For anyone intending to join the walk at the start, it is always a good idea to contact the leader in advance. Poor weather conditions can cause changes and even cancellations.
