Our Furness U3A has been going for 20 years (hurrah!) and the committee has decided that we should celebrate on Tuesday 29th September with a special event held in the Coro for our members.
We would like to show off the wonderful variety of groups that we have with entertainment and exhibitions. Put on your thinking hats and see what you can produce. Individuals are also invited to perform if they can think of something they would like to share with us.
There will be a few invited guests and one or two short speeches.
We will be having a Jacob’s Join lunch (i.e. bring and share) with wine and a very large cake!!
This event will be free but, due to the capacity of the Hall, we will have to limit numbers so tickets will be issued. Those members who have volunteered to perform or man exhibitions will have priority.
