Talking about Poetry is a small, friendly group which meets monthly in members’ homes to read and discuss poetry. A subject is chosen by the group for each month’s meeting and everyone then comes equipped with one or more poems on that subject to read. We all bring print-outs of our choices for each member of the group in order to make discussion easier. Subject choices are very varied and range from a particular poet’s work to seasons, emotions or activities.
