New format from 7th October 2026
Every Wednesday 14:30 – 17:30 at Croftlands Community Centre, September to May.
The first hour will be dedicated to Beginners. Learning the basics and creating a foundation to build on.
From 15:30 there will be a Social Dance until 17:30, with a tea break in there too of course. During this session we will gradually introduce more dances to increase our repertoire.
We are happy for dancers to come to all of it or part of it.
As always, the focus is on fun, being active and learning a new skill.
Please get in touch if you fancy giving it a go.
Whether you have danced before or not, all are welcome!
Sequence dancing takes ballroom dancing to a new level, an easier level, where the routines are already worked out for you.
The aim of the group is about being active, having fun and taking advantage of all the wellbeing benefits dancing brings.
We are lucky to have some experienced dancers in our group who are available to help anyone new to dancing.
Dancing makes you feel good! It’s a proven scientific fact!
So why not… keeeeep Dancin'
PLEASE NOTE: The hall is in use up until 14:30 so please wait for the previous group to vacate before entering. There is no group immediately after us (as at time of writing).
